RICOS TACOS (ESTILO TIJUANA)
"RICH, TIJUANA-STYLE TACOS"

What could be better than hot, fresh, Tijuana-style tacos prepared on-site at your party!  We provide the tacos as well as the condiments to spice them up as you desire.  Included are fresh Radishes, Home-made Salsa, Cilantro, Guacamole (in season) and Chopped-Onion.  We then serve any two or three of the four following taco-meat favorites..

• CARNE ASADA ~ Thin sliced beef seasoned with garlic, pepper and our special spices.. fried disc-style, chopped and laid in a piping hot corn tortilla.
• CARNE ADOBADA ~ Thin sliced beef marinated in a closely-guarded recipe of chilis and spices.  Mildly spicy and super-delicious.. this is a party favorite time and time again.
• CABEZA ~ Yes, you haven't tried true south-of-the-border cuisine until you've had Cabeza meat.  Boiled, lightly salted and kept steamed-hot for a warm, corn tortilla.
• LENGUA ~ Boiled, spiced and steamed.. if you like roast-beef then you'll likely enjoy "Beef-tongue", another authentic Mexican favorite.

In addition to tacos we also include "Mulitas".. hot tortillas filled with melting cheese and any of the meats above pressed hot into a delicious meal.  MMmmmm!

Nothing beats the heat like cold, fresh-cut fruit.  Cut and served fresh we provide your guests with custom plates of Pineapple, Mango, Jicama, Melon and Orange (fruits vary according to season availability).
